Our medical providers can treat a host of common illnesses quickly and effectively through a video visit. Once your consultation is complete, you can immediately access your doctor’s treatment notes, download your prescription and more through your dashboard.

Our doctors can provide medical advice, diagnose, treat, prescribe and even refer you onto a specialist. If you need a prescription, it will be instantly sent to your inbox to take to your chosen pharmacy or you can have it conveniently fulfilled & delivered via  MYDAWA.

Clinical officers

First line of care. Clinical officers will provide:

  • Minor urgent care. Clinicians are especially trained to provide care for colds, flu, allergies, sinus/ear infections, sore throat, UTIs, diarrhoea, vomiting.
  • Wellness exam follow-up. Discuss smart lifestyle decisions with us and discuss routine diagnostic testing.
  • Ongoing care for conditions such as stable hypertension, diabetes and help you monitor your progression.
  • Referrals to the next appropriate level of care.
Medical officers

Second line of care. Medical officers will provide

  • Preliminary diagnosis for cases referred up from clinical officers
  • Urgent care for recurrent conditions not clearing after initial care.
  • Urgent care for conditions present continuously for more than 2 weeks.
  • Care for chronic conditions recently diagnosed such as new diabetes and hypertension.
  • Ongoing care for unstable chronic conditions where you have had abnormal test results
  • Trusted opinion and clarity of medical results, care plan and medical reports from your primary care provider.
  • Referrals to specialist care where appropriate.
